In order to ensure everyone's health and safety we are working closely with the venue to host a safe, successful event. We ask that all attendees respect the measure we have put in place with the venue to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. We will ensure local guidelines for gatherings of more than 30 people are enforced at all times during the conference.
We will ensure local guidelines for face masks are adhered to. Please have a mask available at all times and disposable masks will be available should you wish to wear one.

Food and beverage will be served individually rather than buffet formats.
Podiums and microphones will be wiped down between speakers.

Microphones will not be passed around to individuals but standing microphones will be available.
Temperature checks will be mandated upon entering the conference.
We are providing a touchless check-in process.
All surfaces will be wiped down often by hotel staff.
Floor directional and room capacities will allow for easy navigation and social distancing.
