Applying many years of experience with financial and healthcare services, Kym advises ISG's clients on all aspects of their business processes. Sher knowledge spans the assessment and development of strategy for design, creation and implementation of changes in these processes. Sher expertise derives from hands-on experience managing a wide range of functions, including shared services, accounting, procurement, vendor management, and transition services. She has led numerous projects related to strategy, vendor management and opportunity assessments for multi-national operations of shared services, accounts payable, health care administration, insurance, banking services and information technology.
